Objectives:

- Prevent, detect, and respond promptly to bullying incidents
- Raise awareness among students, teachers, and parents about the impact of bullying
- Promote values of respect, empathy, discipline, and cooperation
- Provide counselling and support to both victims and offenders
- Establish clear procedures for reporting, recording, and resolving bullying cases
- Regularly review and strengthen preventive and disciplinary measures

POCSO Committee
The POCSO Committee ensures the safety and protection of all students in compliance with the POCSO Act, 2012.
Objectives:
- Maintain a safe and abuse-free environment for all students
- Spread awareness among students, staff, and parents about child rights and POCSO Act
- Prevent any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation
- Establish a transparent and confidential system for reporting and addressing cases
- Handle complaints with sensitivity, dignity, and confidentiality
- Provide counselling and emotional support to affected children
- Train teachers, staff, and committee members in child-protection protocols
- Ensure all actions comply with the provisions of the POCSO Act, 2012
